1. Perishable & Frozen Items (Soorya Brand) (e.g. Ready-Made Chapati, Parottas, Idly Batter, Idiyappam)
Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods, we do not accept returns for these items.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
After verification, we will offer either:
A replacement, or a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Pulses, Spices, Rice, Oil, Assorted Items, Nuts & Dry Fruits, Breakfast Items, Masala Items)
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if applicable) and issue a refund or replacement.
